This policy applies to visitors and clients of presenceaspower.com and Presence Without Permission, operated by Shauna Vaughan through Pixl Consulting Inc. This site is intended for adults only. Services are not provided to minors. If you are seeking support on behalf of a minor, you must be their parent or legal guardian.
Information I Collect
When you submit an intake form, I collect the information you provide, including your name, contact details, and the details of your situation. This information is used solely to prepare for and conduct our work together.
If you schedule a session through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email address, and scheduling information. Calendly's privacy policy governs how that information is handled.
If you make a payment, your payment information is processed by a third-party payment processor. I do not store your payment details.
This site uses Wix's built-in analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with the site. This may include data such as pages visited, time spent on the site, and general location. This information is aggregated and not linked to individuals.
Client Notes
I keep notes related to our work together for the purpose of providing effective support. These notes are stored in a secure client management system and are not shared with third parties except as required by law.

This site includes a link to my Substack publication. Substack's own privacy policy applies once you leave this site. I am not responsible for Substack's data practices.
How I Use Your Information
Information you provide is used to conduct intake, prepare for sessions, communicate with you about scheduling and follow-up, and maintain records of our work together. I do not sell your information. I do not share your information with third parties except the service providers named above, who are necessary to operate this practice.
Your Rights
You may request access to the information I hold about you, ask that it be corrected, or request that it be deleted by contacting me directly at pixl.consulting.inc (at) gmail.com. I will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
